Refund and Returns Policy

This Sales & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on glowest.eu and sets out your rights and our obligations as a seller registered in Estonia. Glowest Trade OÜ is subject to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Placing an order

By completing checkout on glowest.eu you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

All prices on glowest.eu are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Montonio. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

  • Bank transfers and online banking (via Montonio)
  • Buy now, pay later options (via Montonio)
  • Card payments (Visa, Mastercard)

Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. Glowest Trade OÜ does not store your payment card details — all payment data is handled directly by Montonio in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. Shipping & delivery

3.1 Shipping provider

All orders are shipped via Montonio’s logistics network. Available shipping methods and carriers will be presented at checkout based on your delivery address. We ship to Estonia and selected EU countries.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

3.3 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed on the Site.

3.4 Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use the link to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

3.5 Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we may cancel the order and refund the product cost, excluding original shipping fees.

4. Right of withdrawal (14-day returns)

As a consumer purchasing from glowest.eu, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 56 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

4.1 How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • Subject line: “Return – Order #[your order number]”
  • Include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

4.2 Conditions for return

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging
  • All accessories, inserts, and documentation must be included
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging may be subject to a deduction from your refund to reflect diminished value
  • Hygienic products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons

4.3 Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Glowest Trade OÜ is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout via Montonio.

5. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@glowest.eu with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable. Your statutory rights under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (2-year conformity guarantee) remain unaffected.

6. Statutory guarantee

All products sold by Glowest Trade OÜ carry a 2-year statutory conformity guarantee as required by EU law. If a product develops a defect within 2 years of purchase, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement of the product, or
  • A price reduction or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible or would cause significant inconvenience

Defects arising from misuse, normal wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or accidental damage are not covered by the statutory guarantee.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Goods that have been clearly used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning

Business purchases (B2B) are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.
